I started taking this product (in combination with other BP supplements and medications) and noticed that my BP tends to go up a few points when I'm not taking it. I haven't seen any wonderful changes. in my BP as well as some other reviewers, but got a slight drop instead, which I still like. It also seems to help boost energy levels a bit and potentially counteract some of the other side effects you might expect from taking other AD medications. I took several different brands, this was the cheapest and I didn't notice any difference in the benefits of the supplement. I will continue to take this supplement until my blood pressure is controlled to the point where I no longer need it.
