Review on ZoomInfo by David Naranjo

The software has helped our team at my job in several ways. It's easy to use as well as navigate around the program. I've used it since they were still using MS Outlook which made transitioning easier. I have not found any downsides or dislikes about the product. We are able to search contacts that we need help finding quickly. Also helpful when searching through people who may be new employees so you can get their contact information sooner than later! I like that it's easy to use and customize. It has all my contact info in one place! You can also search by industry or job title so you don't have to remember where every person works. The interface isn't great - not intuitive at all. Also, there are no mobile apps available yet! We had been using multiple different CRM tools but realized we were spending too much time searching between them instead of working directly within our system. So far this product seems to be solving those problems!
