Review on GAIATOP by Darrell Kiley

I had the misfortune of buying at GAIATOP not too long ago, and I was not pleased with anything about the experience. To begin with, I had a terrible time trying to locate what I needed on their website because it was so sluggish and confusing. When I did track down what I was looking for, the purchasing procedure was a major hassle. The payment gateway timed out several times, forcing me to start the procedure over. Unfortunately, it took me a long time and a lot of frustration to finish the purchasing process. My order was wrong when it eventually arrived, which was a major disappointment. I received low-quality items that were not what I had purchased. I called their customer support department to get things fixed, but they were uninterested and unhelpful. In conclusion, I will never purchase at GAIATOP again because of how terrible of an experience I had there. Don't go near that shop under any circumstances!
