I wish someone had checked this before I bought it. Screws are almost always considered hex head fasteners that require a wrench or socket to install. Nuts are also hexagon. The image of this item looked generic and appeared under other descriptions. The following came in: 43 - #4 x 1/2" Wood Screws 32 - #6 x 3/4" Wood Screws 10 - #8 x 1" Wood Screws 32 - #6 x 1/2" Self Tapping Screws 26 - #6 x 3 Self-tapping Screws /4"13 - Self-tapping Screws #10 x 1"59 - Washers #1019 - 1/4"24 Washers - Machine Screws #10 -20 x 3/4"19 - Mounting Screws #10 -24 x 1 "10 - Mounting Bolts 1/4"-20 x 3/4"49 - Hex Nuts #10-2411 - Hex Nuts 1/4"-20 This is straight out of the lid packaging. NO SCREW IN TANK. Ten 1/4-inch machine screws are the closest you can get, but they're screwdriver head fasteners useless for any serious clamp load. At the advertised price (plus almost the same amount for cheapest shipping) the "x 1" box is about 4 times overpriced! Stay away from this junk.
