Not really big enough to put the air conditioner far enough away from the wall. The 1 ton compressor block I have requires 12 inches of clearance from the wall and that works out to just over 6 inches. Everything works, but the airflow should be somewhat restricted. This mount is VERY durable, either made of stainless steel or coated in some way. It doesn't look like it will rust at all.

Pros
