Bad Charger Best in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

Batteries are great. Charging sucks. Bought a new one from Revain here but the charger doesn't work. Not since it came out of the box. What use are batteries if they don't charge themselves. Thought it was the batteries, bought more. It's a charger! Don't want to, but show me again. Still can't charge unless I'm different than the other. no
