Review on Boost Your Performance with Core Weightlifting Shoes for Powerlifting and Deadlifting! by Matthew Guiney

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Solid lifters have helped me set some new personal records.

I've been doing CrossFit for a few years now, and when we do the "skills" portion of the weightlifting class, some people in the class take out all their gear; Shoes, chalk, belts, etc. Although I usually just focus on using the tools in the gym that I would use in real life, my trainer suggested that lifting shoes are actually a good tool for skill and muscle development That last so long because you're not wearing shoes. I've used the shoes a couple of times and have been very happy with how they fit and how they helped me get up. Raising my heels immediately helped my front squat and snatch. The shoes are a bit tight but my trainer says they fit like they should to provide stability when climbing. Overall, I'm happy with the Core Weightlifting shoes.

Pros
