I can access my ILS and track the usage of my equipment. I love that I can track my time and labor costs with out of house partners. I dislike the training process. I would like to see the training videos before purchasing. I would love to have access to track my equipment with in house repairs. I would love to have access to my ILS for the company I work with. I can access my ILS and track my usage of my equipment. I can track my time and labor costs. The most helpful feature is being able to have multiple options for invoicing, such as labor or material only. It's easy to use. Sometimes it takes a while for it to load up but that's just software in general. There are ways to speed up loading times. We've been using this system for several years now and there isn't anything we dislike about it. The best part is having the ability to know exactly what went into our repair jobs.
