First of all I like the small roller for peeling the cloves. Second, I like that it's made of stainless steel and is very easy to clean. It was much easier to use than expected. Some reviews said it was hard on hands and required hand strength. I almost didn't buy it because of that. I placed a large clove on a cutting board and used my body weight instead of arm strength to swing the tool over the garlic. Grating the clove was a lot easier than expected. The grated pieces are larger than expected. It won't just crush the clove like my little manual garlic press does. Instead, he grates the garlic into small pieces. I would recommend this tool if you cook a lot with fresh garlic.
