The Boat Command is a great product. It provides a reliable connection to our boat, which is moored a few miles from our home. It's easy to track your boat's location, battery level and more from the comfort of your home. Last winter we were on board during a winter storm. My husband set an anchor alarm and we went to bed. In the middle of the night the alarm went off, warning us that the anchor had slipped and we were about to set off. We started the engine and dropped anchor. It was a harrowing experience, but the Boat Command Alarm changed everything. We've been using Boat Command for over a year and only had one brief outage where we weren't able to retrieve our data. The problem was fixed promptly. I spoke to tech support and they were apologetic and very helpful. I was assured that they will work long term and not go bankrupt as another reviewer noted. We are enthusiastic about this product and can only recommend it.
