Timing chain: tools and equipment

The tool does not work properly. When attempting to insert the lock into the chain, the tool will not align properly with the chain. It seems that the matrix is not properly processed to fit the tool. I would like a refund or a replacement tool that is working properly. I missed returning this product by 2 days
