I like that it's easy to use, you can create your own templates or modify existing ones in order of preference as well (it helps when there are so many).
It takes some time getting used to but not too much once learned - just do what they say! The biggest thing we dislike about aerial at this point has nothing specifically related with aerial itself; its how quickly things change internally sometimes within our organization which makes planning difficult since people often get new jobs/departments before their plans have fully settled into place. This also causes us problems if someone leaves because now all those planned projects haven't been completed yet leaving gaps where work should be done - especially important during busy times such as end quarters.
