It gives us the insight regarding where our product is being used, the type of content we need to build, and how our product is performing. It is a one-stop-shop for every need we have as part of our company. We have been able to integrate the product with our CRM to give us a single view of our customer data. The tool needs to have more integrations with more CRM platforms in order to make it a one-stop-shop experience. It’s a great tool to use. We have been able to use the insights generated by the tool to improve our products both as a team and as an individual. I like that it's easy to learn, you can get started right away without having any coding experience or using Python/R. The interface for creating dashboards was very intuitive as well! There are some things that could be improved such as adding more fields so we have better flexibility with our dashboard creation process. It allows us to quickly pull together reports from multiple sources and visualize them at once.
