If you love pushing food through a zero-capacity grinder, THIS is the brilliant POS for you! I've tried everything, I've read everything. My goal was to remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes, but they are NOT sticking, not even a little. Have also tried all 3 sieves with different tomatoes. ¡NADA! Am I SURPRISED by the positive reviews? My item was not defective or incorrectly installed, or operator error. I watched the manufacturer's video. The 1/8 clearance between the blade and the strainer should be good enough, but the holes never get enough support to trap the food in the puree. High expectations = BROKEN! "Next!"
