This product is a good product, the box came and it was quite small. The product came with a warranty card but no instructions. I wasn't sure how to use the scrubber-like attachment. The handle was a bit weak for me, it popped out. So if you have 10-15ft ceilings he will give you the length up to my house it was too long and i couldn't find a pole extender tool the rag picked up some dust from the tv stand but the walls just picked up some dust and i had to return with one item of clothing. The rag is foldable which is a plus if you have ceiling fans or maybe big celebrities you can bend it to wipe down those surfaces. Now the best part of the kit is the microfiber cloth, it works well and isn't too big. I wiped all surfaces with it and it did the job and I was able to use it later, it didn't transfer the first coat to the surface after use, I appreciate a good towel or microfiber cloth. Overall I would rather use a microfiber cloth than the other parts of the kit.
