I bought five of these to mount 39" TVs in rental properties. I was happy with the kit until I installed the first wall mount. The included wall anchors will not effectively secure the mount to the drywall unless there is a stud behind the anchor point. Due to the size of the bracket, it is unlikely that it can be stud mounted to a medium sized wall. My solution was to use self-tapping wall anchors that I found at Home Depot. They were valued at 75 pounds each. I used the supplied washers along with the screws that came with the wall anchors I bought and the mount was solid and bulletproof. Took me about 15 minutes from start to finish after the first one on TV. This would be a great product if they included decent wall anchors.
