Intelli-Force has been able to provide support and troubleshooting for our product, to the point that our customers can trust it. The staff has always been willing to go the extra mile to solve problems, and we have never had to chase anyone up, or find any issues with the support. There is a learning curve with Intelli-Force support, but that is to be expected with any tech support. It is a great product, and we have seen our support costs drop significantly. Intelli-Force has allowed our company to provide support, for our customers, with less support staff, and it has allowed us to build up our support team, as we have been able to add more support staff, while working from home.
