Review on EXACT by Adam Nelson

I am very happy with exact as it is easy to use, has an excellent customer service department, has great features for billing etc., fast updates from time-to-time helps keep me up to date with technology changes in dentistry, all our records are stored securely online which makes patient confidentiality assured at every step of treatment process. There could be some minor improvements but nothing major so far. Exact works well for us and we have not experienced any issues or complaints about its functionality till now. Dental record keeping system - Patient information can easily be accessed by multiple clinicians simultaneously when needed, thus reducing duplicate entries into electronic medical notes. This reduces errors made during documentation and ensures correct diagnosis recorded accurately across practices. It also allows access to clinical images via cloud storage thereby improving continuity of care between different practitioners within my team. I like how this program makes appointments, billing easy to keep track of as well! The only thing is sometimes it takes awhile for some things after you make them before they actually post themselves but once everything has posted then all looks good again!! Also its great because we can have many people working with one computer instead having multiple computers which saves time & money in office supply costs. !
