This modem was great and performed exactly as advertised but only for 2 months. I started noticing intermittent internet last week and blamed it on Comcast and then my internet went down completely 3 days ago. All modem LEDs were on, my router was working fine, but I couldn't connect to the internet. Today a Comcast tech came in for an hour until we finally found the modem wasn't responding properly so I replaced it with my old modem and got my internet up and running again. So they bought on June 13th and officially closed on August 14th. It's past the return deadline and now I'm stuck with a paperweight. The tech also warned me about Netgear modems, he said they were more likely to fail sooner. I do NOT recommend buying this, you can get cheaper more reliable modems (Arris). Thanks Netgear for disappointing me, you lost a fan.
