
That I can scan documents to my computer, email them to myself as attachments, then delete the original paper copy without worrying about damaging it. The software is easy enough that even those with limited technical knowledge will be able to set up their own account. You have to pay $24/month if you want more than 100 GB of storage space. If you are only scanning documents occasionally (say once every month) this isn't worth the cost. We use it when we receive document from clients that need legal signatures but don't want to print out the hard copies.
