Bought because the GX470 (2005) signaled a failure of the evap system on the dash - similar to VSC, engine monitor and check, everything lights up and stays on. An internet search revealed that the old gas cap could be the problem as the o-ring tends to shrink and harden after 15+ years of service. I ordered a replacement cap that was an exact replica of the original. Saved a lot of money when buying from a dealer. Swapped the new one for the old one on an SUV (very easy to use) and drove it for 2-3 days, after which all the light signals on the dashboard disappeared.
