Works well. Tried different solutions of car wash soap. Diluting with 1 soap to 1 water seems to work well. It foams but goes through the soap pretty quickly. It has a dial to adjust the amount of foam/soap used. I found the maximum setting best so I washed it a bit. After foaming the whole car, I used a higher pressure nozzle to spray the foam (the pinch-handle nozzle only let water flow out, not under pressure, after the foamer assembly was removed). It did a really good job of cleaning WITHOUT using anything to "scratch" the car. I just did foam and rinse aid (car wasn't exactly dirty to start with, no bird droppings or anything). I bought it in a famous "supercenter" for less than $30. I gave 4 stars because the soapy water bottle quick connect was not very helpful as the remaining squeeze handle had no water pressure. UPDATE from 06/18/21: I have increased my rating to 5 stars. I've found that the spray nozzle I need to wash the car after soaping it up actually fits into the quick release on the front end of the handle after the foamer is removed. I did NOT have to remove this handle, just replace the blower with a pressure washer for flushing. A PLUS . The handle now also makes it easier to turn this attachment on and off.
