Review on Any Request by Michael Caste

It has been very beneficial for our organization because it helps us keep up with all of our customers' request quickly, easily, and in real time! There are some issues I have come across during my job as an Account Manager but they were all minor glitches which did not affect me or any other employee negatively. We can see if there is something someone wants from our products/services at a glance. This makes tracking things much easier since we do not need to search through emails or anything like this anymore.
