Great tool that allows you stay organized

It has been very beneficial for our organization because it helps us keep up with all of our customers' request quickly, easily, and in real time! There are some issues I have come across during my job as an Account Manager but they were all minor glitches which did not affect me or any other employee negatively. We can see if there is something someone wants from our products/services at a glance. This makes tracking things much easier since we do not need to search through emails or anything…

  • Easy navigation between different screens (Account Management)
  • Great customer service response times when needed.
  • Very easy way track requests made by clients that require attention

Would definitely recommend using and dealing

I like how easy it was for me, as an employee of this business (a small one),to be able see what my customers are requesting at any given time so we can make sure they get their needs met in no-time flat! There's nothing i dislike about AR!! We use them every day because our clients love us enough not only do you have access but your account manager will help guide through anything needed or questions asked from there end too. ! The best thing though would probably just having more people…
