I like how easy it was for me, as an employee of this business (a small one),to be able see what my customers are requesting at any given time so we can make sure they get their needs met in no-time flat! There's nothing i dislike about AR!! We use them every day because our clients love us enough not only do you have access but your account manager will help guide through anything needed or questions asked from there end too. ! The best thing though would probably just having more people working with/for You. So many times when trying to reach someone who isn't available right away sometimes its hard getting answers fast which makes things take longer than necessary. !! But once again great job guys keep up good work!! It helps alot being online 24 hours 7 days 365. . !! A lot less waiting around then going into another office where everyone has been busy since opening till now! Being accessible by phone also really speeds everything along.
