Buy from an authorized dealer or buy something else

Didn't work for me, tried scanning various settings to get it working and am through 500+ pages online -Went to manual, learned blink codes and sound codes, no dice. I've managed to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and turn the beep down/down, although still not printing but hiding or broadcasting something. I tried the 123scan program, there are no bones. The software serial number was different than the serial number advertised, Zebra/Motorola support could not have helped me as a serial number I had was not contractual nor in their database. Externally it was the SR version, internally it was the HC version. follow this. I had to return mine.
