It's new but I like it so far. It's worth never having to change those little grease cartridges again. The pressure relief feature is very handy as it makes it very easy to lose weight. Someone commented that it's heavy, which is true, but it has a lot of lube in it. I bought a 5 gallon can of CRC Sta-Plex Red EP Premium Lube and used almost half of that can in G.Gun. I actually had to hit it (like the instructions say) to bleed the air out of the system. High pressure when pumping lubricant. A pump moves a lot of lubricant. I pump with my foot and when I'm down I can pump with my hand. Ideal for large or small jobs.
