Review on 🚰 Amarine Made 12V Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump - Self Priming Pump 4.3L/min 1.1 GPM 35 PSI - RV Water Pump for Caravan, Boat, Marine, and Agricultural Uses by James Pfettscher

Revainrating 5 out of 5

3 years UPDATE: Self-priming is worth it! I pump the degreaser with me.

This pump was the cheapest I could find, it was self-priming and non-submersible. I use this pump at a restaurant, pumping degreaser out of a 5 gallon bucket. We use about 5 gallons a week. I have a pump mounted on the wall and under a 3 compartment sink. The elevator is about 4 feet with no problems. It is used every day. I connected 2 SLA 12v 7amp batteries in parallel. 4th month UPDATE: This pump is still working great. About 80 gallons of sanitizer was pumped over 4 months. Power supply - 2 parallel connected 12V 7Ah SLA. I haven't had to charge yet. I should do this soon as SLA batteries have been at their best for 4 months. BTW, when I first got this product I hooked it up to my 2 gallon hand pump sprayer. Using just water, I was curious to see how well it would work if I ever wanted to hook it up to a pesticide sprayer. That didn't work so well because of the negative pressure. I have a feeling it would work much better if I used a 100psi pump. Just in case anyone was thinking of using it for an atomizer. ********** 3 year update ************* This pump still pumps the degreaser perfectly into a 3 compartment kitchen sink. Still at about 5 gallons a week. I have nothing negative to say about the pump. I would buy it again without hesitation.
