I bought this to pump water from a small tank to my sink and after reading the reviews I thought it would be easy. Once installed I flipped the switch and it pumped water from the tank to the rim and then died. I checked the fuse, it's still good, so the problem is with the pump motor. Will try to buy another pump from another supplier. UPDATE: Took the pump out and hooked it up to a 12v battery to fix the wiring and switch issue. He didn't make a sound, nothing. A complete waste of money.

This pump was the cheapest I could find, it was self-priming and non-submersible. I use this pump at a restaurant, pumping degreaser out of a 5 gallon bucket. We use about 5 gallons a week.
