DISAPPOINTED Best in Kitchen & Dining

Item arrived damaged on the right side with a large dent. There is nothing wrong with the box or packaging. I was ready to give it up as it was not visible when placed on the counter. Then it's time to test it by adjusting the dial and cooking time. It was already plugged in, but when I turned the knob, there was a short circuit. I thought it had something to do with the dent on the right side that blew out the outlet. Money is lost and this product goes in the trash.
