It does the job. Once in the blue moon, it takes a second to get it out because it gets stuck a bit. You need to make sure the key is fully inserted as it is sometimes difficult to tell when it is fully inserted. Overall I like it, the main downsides are that I find it too expensive and I don't like the tamper protection. That worries me a lot. I give him 3 stars. **EDIT 4/26/2012** I bought this in October 2010 and it still works fine. I haven't had any issues with the tamper protection feature and am comfortable with it. My best advice is to make sure you're tying it to something reliable. For example, my roommate lent it to me during the school holidays. Before he came home, I played a prank on him. I decided to show him that the table leg doesn't have enough space to connect his computer by hiding it in the kitchen. When he got home I convinced him that the book must have been stolen when I went to the grocery store or bookstore. :-D Luckily he was a good athlete. that the book must have been stolen when I went to the grocery store or bookstore. :-D Luckily he was a good athlete. that the book must have been stolen when I went to the grocery store or bookstore. :-D Luckily he was a good athlete.
