Installed just after the aftercooler on my 60 gallon air compressor to keep as much water out of my tank as possible. This block draws a lot of water. After turning on the compressor twice (completely empty, full, empty, full), when opening the valve, water did not flow from the drain hole at the bottom of the tank. This is a two-stage compressor, so the temperature difference between the air pump outlet (300°) and the tank inlet (70°) creates a large amount of condensed moisture. This device seems to do a fantastic job of keeping water out of the tank. There are some tasks that still require additional drying, but you probably can't beat it for performance and price.
