
We've been working closely together at this stage since 2015/2016 when we started our relationship as customers (we had previously used another online software).The customer service is first class every time you communicate or call them - they are extremely knowledgeable about what services can be offered within your organization that will benefit from having an electronic patient portal solution such us: ePrescribing tools; appointment reminders through SMS etc.. They also have really good understanding regarding which features would work best depending upon individual clients' preferences / requirements & technical capabilities so there aren't any surprises during implementation process! Their support team has always gone above reasonable expectations by going out beyond simply responding back via emails but often times offering recommendations if requested. I cannot think off anything i dislike too much but perhaps it might not cater well enough towards non English speaking countries? This may affect user's ability navigate certain aspects due limited language choices.
