Improves flexibility?

My initial motivation was to try it as a fat burning supplement in combination with other substances. Over 60 years old, in excellent health and after my workout fat is still too easy to gain and very difficult to shed. Well, no cigar. Those 15 pounds are still there. BUT. After taking 3/4 of the powder from the first pound, I noticed that my pre and post workout stretches seem to be easier. I've never been this flexible since I was a child, especially when trying to lean forward from the hips (not the waist). Training pros tell me I'm "locked in" in this direction of movement. Whatever it is, now I can suddenly move. As a test, I put off ordering more L-arginine. After two weeks, some skills remained, but they were harder to achieve. I have ordered more. Two weeks later, after restarting, range of motion continues to improve. I'm excited! Nothing I've read mentions this phenomenon. Has anyone else had this experience? For now, I postulate that since L-arginine is said to be a precursor to nitric oxide production, and since nitric oxide is said to "relax" blood vessels (which are made of soft collagen), it follows that ligaments and tendons are also made of soft collagens, which are also what these tissues are made of"relaxed". Ligaments and tendons don't have easy access to a lot of blood, which also explains why the effect takes so long to kick in. That's my guess. Incidentally, dissolving the powder in warm or almost hot water significantly reduces the taste. As one reviewer mentioned, I find the quick sip method works great.
