Best knives I've ever owned

I've bought two knives from this range and this has become my go-to knife for everything. I like the light weight, sharp blade and compact size. I couldn't be happier. These knives are like little swords. Much better quality than any knife I've used before. I've been in the kitchen for ten years now and these are the sharpest knives I've ever seen straight out of the box. Most of the kitchens I've been to carry the lower Wusthof or Dexter knives whose handles are too big and uncomfortable for me. I found my cuts weren't as good as they had been in previous cooking years. I'm getting good at my cuts again with these Kanso knives and because of the razor sharpness of the blade I really pay more attention to detail and take pride in what I'm cooking than slicing onions or tomatoes. on the fly with a blunt blade that only smashes vegetables. These knives cut effortlessly and I don't really know if these blades give me more precision or if it's just the thrill of ownership that reignited my passion for cooking. I like to think that both come into play. Great knives, I will definitely buy more from this series
