After installing the key cabinet and working on the keyless lock/unlock PIN, I found that the number pad was broken. I received a post-purchase survey from them (via email) so I explained my disappointment with the keyboard to them. The locker also had keys so I was able to just use the key but was disappointed I wouldn't have a keyless option with mine. After that, the replacement was quick, so overall I think the company is very good and they serve their customers well. I'm very happy with the purchase - the replacement works well and it's a great product.
