There is no way to remove the valve once it has been unscrewed. I think a drop of contact cement or some other liquid rubber might help create a bit of friction in the hole where the valve pin is inserted. Otherwise this neat handy dandy tool is useless. HE and NO - as someone wrongly claimed, PRESSURE DOESN'T LEAK THE VALVE.
