The tensioner almost failed to compress when installing the belt, resulting in excessive stress on the tensioner bolt and eventual bolt failure. I had to haul and use an angle drill and screw extractor to remove the threaded portion of the screw that was still in my engine block. It wasn't a good deal after all the trouble it caused. I was able to confirm that the real piston that is supposed to be compressing got stuck after I fixed everything.
