100% satisfied with product and customer service. I love this thing!

Installed this device in my 2018 4Runner last week and am very satisfied. Took me 45 minutes after watching a few YouTube videos. There were a few questions and Kristen from customer service was very responsive. I say answers within a few hours. Honest plug and play, no additional wiring harnesses or hardware required. All steering wheel controls work, temperature controls show up, and CarPlay is just great. look at my picture Looks factory but sooooo much more. 100% would do it again. Bad reviews and technical issues should be user related, not hardware related.
