Installed this device in my 2018 4Runner last week and am very satisfied. Took me 45 minutes after watching a few YouTube videos. There were a few questions and Kristen from customer service was very responsive. I say answers within a few hours. Honest plug and play, no additional wiring harnesses or hardware required. In general the systems are connected without much fuss. I have Bluetooth tethering enabled in the system settings and on my phone. When I unplugged the USB to disable Android Auto, it reconnected wirelessly instead of Wi-Fi. Now when I start the car and Bluetooth connects, z-link connects and Android starts automatically!
