If you're in a tight spot and don't have a lot of cash to spare this works great. If you have money to spare, at least try to upgrade to a better quality spoked wheel. They work fine, just some of the wires fly off after I just sharpen the chisel on a hard whetstone and "clean up" with a spoked wheel, so to speak.
