Couldn't be easier to install

I installed this in my kitchen. The water in my town is so bad that I have to replace the innards in my toilet at least once a year, faucets usually last a couple of years and the first 10 years I lived here, I had to replace the water heater twice.Between the chemicals and sediment,if the cartridge doesn't get clogged or the seals don't deteriorate, the finish pits and turns to crap. It's not worth buying an expensive faucet around here. This faucet was so easy to install that it was not even work! The hardest part was squeezing my 6'3", 280lb body into the divided opening in the cabinet. The second hardest part was moving all the crap out of the way and putting it back when I was done.My old faucet wasn't too bad to get out.The whole process took about 30 minutes total, including getting my tools and stuff together, moving everything out of the way and putting it back when I was done. The faucet looks pretty decent. The pull out head feels a little cheap, but it works perfectly fine. There's no leaks or anything. There's a card in the box to register for a 5 year warranty.Whether they actually will provide a replacement part or a new faucet if this one fails remains to be seen. But for what it costs, if it lasts a few years with this water it's as good as any expensive faucet.

Pros
  • The pull down sprayer has excellent water pressure, making quick work of even the toughest cleaning tasks
Cons
  • The spray hose may not retract properly
