I bought this radio remote relay so I can use my car horn. My car is an old Jeep Grand Cherokee. The horn circuit had a short circuit too difficult to repair; It may be necessary to remove the dashboard, steering ring, etc. I was able to install his horn relay replacement wires in the relay box next to the car battery instead of going to the horn wire as the instructions suggested. The horn wires are difficult to access under the hood. Once these were installed in place of the horn relay, the wireless receiver relay was attached to the top of the relay box. I closed the hood (heavy metal) and placed the remote switch right in the center of the steering wheel using a different velcro than the ones supplied and it worked great. The only complaint I have is that in instant mode there is a short beep when you press it, but then it goes into a repeating cyclic mode if you hold the button down. In the other mode, you need to press the switch and then press it again to stop the sound. Don't worry too much, but it shouldn't repeat when briefly pressed, but rather continuously while it's pressed.
