too soft even after adjusting

I bought this skate for my 9yo, even after adjusting significantly it's still too soft while turning, feels like the rubber grommets are weak and too soft.Trying to ride it myself, you end up locking the wheels against the board pretty quickly, it's that soft, I'm 190lbs and can ride our old 20$ skate without problems, this one was supposed to be an upgrade for the kid, allowing us to practice together with this additional board.
Kid doesn't want to ride it, I'll probably end up buying new rubber grommets and installing them myself. 3 stars
