very soft, thin and light

This is definitely a sport yarn - it is VERY thin. Not your usual scarf/afghan yarn (definitely not DK or worsted). At the same time it is a VERY soft and light yarn that can be used to knit beautiful scarves and light blankets. If you're doing larger projects, be sure to order a little more - the skeins are VERY big, but because the yarn is so fine it takes a lot to cover the ground. That being said, I recommend it and hope they release more colors!
