The best part about using zymp is that it allows me to track my leads, nurture them in order for sales people can take over when needed! I also love how they have an excellent customer service team who are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Nothing really i dislike too much but sometimes there's lag with certain functions like sending emails so be prepared if this happens. It has allowed us to see our progress as we're working towards closing more deals within each stage which helps motivate everyone involved.
