User friendly and simplified user interface

I like that it is simple for users with little technical experience, allowing them access without having an IT department involved in implementation or support issues down stream! It's not as intuitive when you're first getting started compared say Marketo but gets easier once familiarized - we have been using this product since 2015 so there are some great resources online (including live training) available if needed/desired by our team members who don't yet understand all aspects fully at…

Pros
  • I like the overall ease of use, easy for non technical users to use especially compared to other marketing automation softwares also very easy to manage from a marketing perspective and very user friendly
Cons
  • I dislike the limitations on customization and lack of integration with other platforms like Salesforce

Excellent software and great help from Customer Service Team

The best part about using zymp is that it allows me to track my leads, nurture them in order for sales people can take over when needed! I also love how they have an excellent customer service team who are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Nothing really i dislike too much but sometimes there's lag with certain functions like sending emails so be prepared if this happens. It has allowed us to see our progress as we're working towards closing more deals within each

Easy drag n drop feature rich easy setup automation tool

I like how simple it is, you can set up automations in under 5 minutes! There are also so many integrations available with other platforms which makes things super quick & efficient as well (Mailchimp). The UI could be improved - sometimes there's too much going at once for my liking when creating an email sequence or autoresponder campaign etc., but this may just me being picky :P Also not able create custom fields within emails if required by business rules/requirements? Automation works…
