You seem to be doing quite well. I found that if I unrolled them and rolled them up fairly tightly for about 24 hours, they smoothed out the wrinkles. I have a tank that is longer than the material but much narrower. I just cut off what I didn't need from the side and sewed in a zig zag, overlapping one piece over the other to add length. So far I've gotten along well with them. Let's see how they hold up and how they deal with the smell. That's the only thing that worries me. I will update this in the future.
