Review on NaviNet Open by Ryan Barton

NaviNet Open is a very user friendly platform. I like how easy it is to navigate and use. The platform works well for all of our insurance providers. I wish that the platform was integrated with our EMR. I also wish that we could have more customizations. However, there are many customization options to choose from. NaviNet Open has been extremely helpful for our organization. We are able to send medical documentation to all of our insurance providers in one location. This has helped cut down on the amount of time it takes our organization to send information to our providers.
