decent quality. for center punch

Works well as I don't know what the 'J' is talking about - the tool is not 'self centering', it marks where you put the tip and it doesn't disintegrate mysterious way (?) Good tool and good quality It's not industrial grade but you're not paying for an industrial tool Works well and easy to use.

Pros
